Manteo...

Elizabeth II ship. 

Watching colonists make items such as a leg chair using a chisel and pumping a pedal to turn the shaft for the leg to spin. Samuel got a chance to work on it.  

Samuel also made a wooden nail to go into a house...  40 nails per house.  

Inside the museum there were lots of hands on activities for the kids!  

First day....

5:00am  wake up Daniel. 

5:10am  scott leaves for work.  

5:35am  wake up Samuel, Kaylea, and Claudia 

5:40am  leave for seminary

6:00am  return home and eat breakfast kiddos

6:30am  drive to church to pick up high schoolers and take to school.

7:10am  meet Samuel at bus stop to kiss him off to school. 

8:30am  take girls with three friends to middle school.  Wait I'm 20 minute line. 

9:10am  back home to workout...  

10:30am  Then prepare supper, bills, clean house, shower, read scriptures, make appointments, schedule sports activities...  Make baby gifts...

2:50pm  meet bus to pick up Samuel.  Get lots of hugs, love, and kisses!   Practice piano, complete paperwork, read.  

4:45pm.  Meet girls at bus stop.  Laugh, smile, and chat for an hour!!!!

5:10pm.  Scott picked up Daniel from cross country. 

6:00pm.  Supper...  Laugh, laugh, and laugh...

7:45pm. scriptures, bath and bed!

8:30pm.  All in bed!!!!!   Woo hoo!  We are tired!  

Ummmmm,

Even though... When Kaylea uses my phone, because she doesn't have one, I'm irritated when something has been changed or added!  But...  This time I wasn't!

Claudia and Alex cooked up fun chocolate snacks.  They used strawberries, raspberries, pretzels, and marshmallows.  Who would turn down these delicious desserts??

Happy day...  Returning as soon as kids have another day off of school.

This summer while visiting my friend debbie and her family, I accidentally left my phone cord at her house...   She mailed it back to me along with this shirt and pictures!!!   It's the best shirt ever!  Makes me teary eyed!
